Terms of Service & Membership Agreement

These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations between GOU Crypto Bot (https://goucryptobot.com) (the "Operator", "we") and the persons who purchase and use the VIP membership (the "Service") (the "User", "you"). The Service is sold remotely through our Telegram bot (@gou_crypto_bot); this page also serves as the pre-contract information for that purchase. By giving your consent in the bot and proceeding to payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Key Information at a Glance

  • Provider: GOU Crypto Bot — contact: our Telegram bot (@gou_crypto_bot).
  • Service: access to the VIP Telegram channel (real-time sharing of the trades our system opens and their results) and optional auto-trading (if you connect an API key, the system's trades are opened and closed in sync on your own MEXC account). This is not investment advice or portfolio management.
  • Price: Monthly plan: 200 USDT (30 days, no automatic renewal) or Yearly plan: 1000 USDT (365 days, no automatic renewal). Auto-trading is included in both plans at no extra charge; exchange trading fees are paid by you.
  • Payment: USDT (TRON · TRC20); you send the transaction ID (TX hash) to the bot and the payment is verified manually.
  • Delivery: once the payment is verified, the bot sends you a single-use invite link to the VIP channel, valid for 24 hours.
  • Right of withdrawal: because this is a digital service performed immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once performance begins (see section 6). Membership fees are non-refundable.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service has two parts:

  • VIP channel: real-time sharing, in a private VIP Telegram channel, of the trades the GOU Crypto Bot system opens in crypto futures markets (coin, direction, entry, leverage) and their results.
  • Auto-trading (optional): a software tool that, if you connect the API key of your own exchange account in the bot, opens and closes the trades the system opens and closes on your account at the same time (section 3).
  • The Service is not investment advice, investment consulting or portfolio management. The Operator does not hold your funds and cannot withdraw money from your account.
  • Whether to use auto-trading, with what amount, and stopping it at any time are entirely your decision.
  • Our free channel @gou_crypto_platform only shares signal previews, trades closed in profit and summaries; the signals themselves are in the VIP channel.

2. Membership and Eligibility

  • The Service is intended only for persons aged 18 or over; you confirm this in the bot.
  • You confirm that you do not reside in a sanctioned country and that accessing and trading on the exchange you use is lawful in the country where you are.
  • Membership is personal. You are responsible for the security of your Telegram and exchange accounts and for any activity carried out through them.
  • Membership starts with the single-use invite link the bot sends after your payment is verified.

3. Auto-Trading (Optional)

  • Supported exchange: MEXC (futures). You enter the API key and secret key you created on your exchange into the bot.
  • The key must have trading permission only. Keys with withdrawal permission are not accepted.
  • The message containing your key is deleted from the chat immediately; the key is stored encrypted (AES-256) and is used only to place orders on your behalf and to check your account status.
  • Position size: the bot suggests a trade amount based on your wallet balance; the final decision is yours. Trades are opened with the same direction and leverage as the system, in cross margin mode.
  • Hedge Mode (two-way position mode) is recommended on the exchange. In one-way mode you cannot hold a long and a short on the same coin at the same time, so an opposite trade may close or reduce your existing position, or may fail to open; your result will then differ from the system's. The bot checks the mode when you connect your key and warns you.
  • You can stop auto-trading at any time and delete your key from the bot; you can also revoke the key on your exchange at any time. When your membership ends, auto-trading stops and managing any open positions is up to you. If your membership is not renewed within 30 days after it ends, your key is deleted from our system.
  • An order may be delayed, partially filled or not executed at all because of insufficient balance, minimum order size, exchange limits, API errors, maintenance or outages; the fill price may differ from the system's price.

4. Fees and Payment

The Service is offered in two plans: Monthly plan: 200 USDT (30 days, no automatic renewal) or Yearly plan: 1000 USDT (365 days, no automatic renewal). Auto-trading is included in both plans; no extra fee is charged. Exchange trading fees and funding costs are paid by you.

Payment is made in USDT (TRON · TRC20) to the wallet address given by our Telegram bot (@gou_crypto_bot). After paying, you send the transaction ID (TX hash) to the bot. Once the payment is verified manually, the bot sends you a single-use invite link to the VIP channel, valid for 24 hours. The plans do not renew automatically; if you want to continue, you pay again in the same way for each period. Confirm the wallet address only through the official bot (@gou_crypto_bot); GOU Crypto Bot is not responsible for payments made to addresses received from any other source.

5. Delivery and Duration

The Service is digital and is delivered electronically after your payment is verified. The Monthly plan lasts 30 days and the Yearly plan lasts 365 days. The bot sends you a reminder before your period ends; at the end of the period access ends automatically, you are removed from the VIP channel and auto-trading stops (managing any open positions is up to you). If you pay again before your period ends, the new period is added from your current end date.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

The Service is a digital service performed electronically and immediately. By proceeding to payment, you request that the Service start immediately and you accept that your right of withdrawal ends once performance begins. Membership fees are non-refundable. No refund is given for memberships terminated because VIP content was shared. You can contact us about any request through our Telegram bot (@gou_crypto_bot).

7. Your Obligations

You agree that you will:

  • not share VIP content: you will not forward, copy or publish it in other channels (the content is for you only).
  • connect only the API key of an exchange account that belongs to you, created with trading permission only.
  • use the Service lawfully, not misuse the system and not attempt anything that threatens its security.
  • confirm that you understand and accept the risks of crypto and leveraged trading (see the Risk Disclosure).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is". Because of a system failure, an internet or exchange outage, or a Telegram delay, a post or an order may arrive late or not happen at all.
  • Your entry and exit prices, timing, fees, balance and account settings will differ, so even with auto-trading your result may differ from the numbers shared in the channel.
  • Any profit or loss from trades opened on your account, and from trades you make based on our posts, is entirely yours; the Operator is not liable for these losses.
  • The membership fee is paid for access to the VIP channel and use of the optional auto-trading tool; it does not include any promise of profit.
  • In any case, the Operator's liability is limited to the membership fee you paid.

9. End of Membership

On both the Monthly and Yearly plans, access ends automatically at the end of the period; you are removed from the VIP channel and auto-trading stops. You may leave the channel or switch off auto-trading at any time; in that case no refund is given. If VIP content is shared or these terms are breached, the Operator reserves the right to terminate the membership without a refund.

10. Disputes

The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, you may apply to the consumer dispute bodies or courts that are competent under the applicable law. The applicable legal provisions in force apply.
