Risk Disclosure

Last updated: October 29, 2026

GOU Crypto Bot shares the trades its own system opens in a VIP Telegram channel and, for users who want it, offers a software toolthat opens and closes these trades on the user's own exchange account at the same time, through an API key. This is not an investment consulting, portfolio management or financial advisory service. Please read this disclosure carefully before becoming a member.

1. High Risk

Crypto and derivatives (futures/leveraged) trading involves high risk. Leveraged positions can be liquidated within a short time and you can lose all of the capital you put in. In cross margin mode, a loss on one position can affect all the collateral in your account.

2. No Guarantee

  • No guarantee of profit is given. Stay away from any claim that guarantees profit.
  • Past results are not a guarantee of future results. There will be winning trades and losing trades.
  • The figures shown on the website and in the channel reflect the past; they do not promise any future return.

3. Risks of Following the Posts

  • Because of a system failure, an internet or exchange outage, or a Telegram delay, a post may arrive late or not at all.
  • Your entry and exit prices, timing, trading fees and leverage will differ, so your result will differ from the numbers shared in the channel.
  • The profit percentages shared are gross, leveraged price moves; trading fees and funding costs also affect your result.

4. Risks of Auto-Trading

  • When you turn on auto-trading, the system's trades are opened and closed on your account with real money, using the amount and settings you approved. The system's losing trades are reflected in your account exactly as well.
  • Orders may be delayed, partially filled or not executed at all because of insufficient balance, minimum order size, exchange limits, API errors, maintenance or outages. The fill price may differ from the system's price (slippage).
  • The bot suggests a trade amount based on your wallet; the final decision is yours. The amount you choose and the other positions in your account determine your liquidation risk.
  • Hedge Mode (two-way position mode) is recommended on the exchange. In one-way mode, an opposite trade on the same coin may close or reduce your existing position, or may fail to open.
  • Manual trades or setting changes you make on your account (leverage, margin mode, position mode) can change the outcome of auto-trades.
  • Stopping auto-trading or deleting your key does not close the open positions in your account; managing those positions is up to you.

5. You Bear All the Risk

The decision to use auto-trading, to open a trade manually, or how much to trade with is entirely yours. You alone are responsible for any profit or loss that may result. GOU Crypto Bot cannot be held liable for losses arising from market conditions, exchange/API outages, delays, unexecuted orders, technical failures or your account settings.

6. Your Funds and Your Key

Your funds always stay in your own exchange (MEXC) account. Only an API key with trading permission is connected to GOU Crypto Bot; keys with withdrawal permission are not accepted. You are responsible for the security of your exchange account and your API key. Connect your API key only inside our official bot, @gou_crypto_bot. We will never ask for your exchange password or for a key with withdrawal permission. The only payment is the membership fee sent to the wallet shown in the official bot; any account that asks you to transfer funds to another account does not belong to us.

7. Age Limit (18+)

The Service is intended only for persons aged 18 or over. With the declaration you give in the bot, you confirm that you are over 18 and that you take on all the risk of your own free will.

Only trade with amounts you can afford to lose.
